The hotel is in a really convenient location if you need to catch an early or late flight. It has a free shuttle bus, so it was great not having to worry about transportation to and from the airport. The bed was very comfortable and large, and the bathtub allowed me to relax after a long journey and before the next one. The breakfast selection was excellent, with both warm and cold snacks and dishes, fruits, pastries, tea, and coffee. It was really nice to be able to dine before our next flight. The personnel were amazing and professional, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. The air conditioning worked perfectly. There's also a supermarket and plenty of dining options nearby. I highly recommend this hotel; it wasn't my first time staying there, and it definitely won't be my last!

We liked pretty much everything. The hotel was very nice and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The free shuttle to the airport was efficient and a short ride. The hotel is in an excellent location. It is close to the airport and located in a neighborhood with many nice restaurant and tapas bar options within easy walking distance. We definitely took advantage of that. We stay in Madrid often and this hotel will now be our hotel of choice when we want to stay near the airport.

I spent one night in Madrid to attend an event and having the option to choose for a late check out at 6pm for 30 euros was a life saver. The hotel is also situated 10 mins from the metro station 'Barajas'. You can reach the airport in less than 5 minutes and the city centre in half an hour. Great service, great staff ang great location!

The on-site restaurant, open until 11:30 p.m., and fitness room, open 24 hours, were much appreciated as we had to arrive late and leave early. The hotel is sparkling clean and very comfortable. The loation is very convenient to the airport, and the shuttle runs efficiently. There is coffee available in the lobby for those who have to leave before breakfast is served. This was a very nice touch and really helped us out.
