The hotel is in a really convenient location if you need to catch an early or late flight. It has a free shuttle bus, so it was great not having to worry about transportation to and from the airport. The bed was very comfortable and large, and the bathtub allowed me to relax after a long journey and before the next one. The breakfast selection was excellent, with both warm and cold snacks and dishes, fruits, pastries, tea, and coffee. It was really nice to be able to dine before our next flight. The personnel were amazing and professional, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. The air conditioning worked perfectly. There's also a supermarket and plenty of dining options nearby. I highly recommend this hotel; it wasn't my first time staying there, and it definitely won't be my last!

-Location was brilliant and a very short (5 minutes) walk into the little square of Barajas, close to plenty of shops and places to eat -The airport shuttle worked well and was reliable -Rooms were spacious and clean with great showers and a working TV -I ordered room service: the service was quick and friendly and the food was really tasty -It was comfortable and quiet and I slept well -Although the hotel was safe, comfortable, modern and clean, there were a couple of things (below) that made me feel it wasn't quite worth what I paid, since it's certainly not cheap

The free shuttle to the airport was efficient and a short ride. The hotel is in an excellent location. It is close to the airport and located in a neighborhood with many nice restaurant and tapas bar options within easy walking distance. We definitely took advantage of that. We stay in Madrid often and this hotel will now be our hotel of choice when we want to stay near the airport.

The on-site restaurant, open until 11:30 p.m., and fitness room, open 24 hours, were much appreciated as we had to arrive late and leave early. The hotel is sparkling clean and very comfortable. The loation is very convenient to the airport, and the shuttle runs efficiently. There is coffee available in the lobby for those who have to leave before breakfast is served. This was a very nice touch and really helped us out.
